Executive Chef Daniel Dalton leads the culinary teams at Emeline's Frannie & The Fox, The Den, and Clerks Coffee Company, as well as The Ryder Hotel's Little Palm, The Backyard, and The Coffee Counter. He also oversees all in-room dining, banquets, and events at both properties.
